This project is what we would consider a major renovation. 

Your typical South Philly row-home kitchen is typical no more!

Complete gut down to the ceiling and floor joists. Non load barring wall removed.  Floors leveled. All new framing, insulation, plumbing, electrical and everything else right up to the crown molding!!! All in a days work (actually) about 23 days onsite for the kitchen portion of the project
